Interdisciplinary urbanist working to connect cities through
technology, planning, communication, and design.

Hi, I’m Aaron.
I’m a designer, programmer, urban planner, data analyst, and communications specialist, with experience across many domains: from physical design and sustainability, to economic development and transportation, to spatial analysis and public health. For the past decade, I’ve focused on how we can connect and improve cities intersectionally, applying technology and science through all these areas and beyond.
This portfolio houses some of the work I’ve done through the years, and I hope it gives you an idea for how I approach this philosophy of interconnectivity in the urban space. If you’re wondering where to start, I recommend looking at this inclusive housing plan, or this sustainability assessment, or this 35-foot long data visualization I made during the 2020 pandemic year (I’m really quite proud of that one).
When I’m not working, I’m a professional writer, performer, and musician, too! You can see my essays, fiction, and other work scattered around the internet— or, you might be able to catch me live on stage at The Second City right here in beautiful, old town Chicago, Illinois.
Thanks for stopping by! 🙂
